We want you to be completely satisfied with your Galison purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we are happy to help.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so we can only guarantee cancellation if we receive your request before your order has entered the shipment process. Once your order has been shipped, our return policy applies.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most unused items in their original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, please visit our website and use the Return Portal. You will need your order number and email address. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Non-Returnable Items
For the health and safety of all, we cannot accept returns of certain personal care items. Additionally, items that are damaged due to normal wear and tear or misuse are not eligible for return. Gift cards and final sale items are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange an item for this reason, please contact us.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging your orders to ensure they arrive safely. In the rare event that your items arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
